Block A, Century Tower, is the first phase of a mixed-use development scheme that surrounds Essex Count Cricket Club in Chelmsford. Our residential experts provided cost management and quantity surveying services for the tower, which contains 62 apartments over 9 storeys.

The major transformation includes over 300 high specification residential apartments across 4 towers, many of which will have views of the cricket ground, Central Park and the River Can. The development will also see the capacity of the cricket ground increased to 8,000 seats.
