Hotel Warszawa is located in city centre of Warsaw. Our experts supported this investment by fulfilling the role of lenders’ representative.

The 17,600m² building was built before World War 2 and had previously been the head office for Prudential. IT now consists of a 16-storey hotel, residential tower and a 2-storey underground part with commercial, gastronomical and conference functions, as well as an underground swimming pool.
