Going for gold.

It was Gleeds’ expert approach to the Nimbus project which helped the state-of-the-art office in Warsaw, in the LEED® gold certification process for its environmental standards.

A winning approach

Despite a particularly harsh winter, the project stayed on track. With the successful support of our Project and Cost Management expertise and our online information management system, Gleeds Space, we delivered the project on time and within budget. Gleeds also provided tenants’ coordination services and supervision of tenants’ fit out works in respect of this building.

More action, less energy

When it came to securing Nimbus’ LEED® gold certificate, Gleeds took a proactive and engaged role (LEED® assessment, consultancy and certification services). We managed the whole process of obtaining the important eco-friendly credentials, helping to create an office using 30% less energy than a standard one of similar size, featuring:

• A sound-insulated façade
• An energy-saving light dimming system
• Openable windows

Every second floor has a unique feature with green terraces and balconies providing natural light to the elevator lobby. The terraces host a range of irrigated plants and trees allowing employees to enjoy the green outdoor environment at every level.
