Studio, Skanska commercial development business unit in CEE, is an office complex of two buildings with the gross leasable area of approximately 43,000 sqm, the first stage covers over 17 600 sqm. Gleeds team supports the first stage of the project delivering quality/construction supervision and cost consultancy.

Well access from all Warsaw districts
Studio is located in walking distance from M2 metro stations and bus or tram stops. It is surrounded by a network of recently revitalized bicycle paths and city bike stations. Moreover, the complex is equipped with extensive infrastructure for cyclists to facilitate a convenient commute to work.

Studio is designed to offer not only the highest quality office space, but also a safe workplace, confirmed by the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. It is crucial considering the issues of ongoing pandemic and the return of employees to offices.
