Volvo Cost Benchmarking

Gleeds was commissioned by Volvo Cars China to produce a benchmarking report to compare elemental construction costs and identify the key construction cost drivers of automotive plants in China.

The objective of the report was to provide a comprehensive, unambiguous benchmark analysis that can be quickly and easily updated and used effectively in the future.
