What are frameworks?
Frameworks allow a quick and easy “route to market” for public sector organisations and charities. They are set up by running a full procurement exercise to allow the buyer (or buyers) to select suitable suppliers. Suppliers are then awarded places on the framework, usually for a fixed-term period of around four years, after which no newcommissions can be added. When the buyer is ready, they will run asimplified procurement among the suppliers on this list or potentially a direct award.
What frameworks are Gleeds on?
We are appointed on most of the national public sector frameworks available:
- SCAPE Consultancy Framework
- Crown Commercial Service Project Management Full Design Team Services Framework
- NHS Shared Business Services Construction Consultancy Framework 2
- Procure Partnerships Framework
- Homes England Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework
- ESPO Property Advice and Management Services Framework
Gleeds is not limited to the frameworks outlined.
