Gleeds Slovakia was the main building manager of the unique Sky Park multifunctional project, designed by the world-famous British architect Zaha Hadid. The residential project is located on the territory of the former industrial zone near the center of Bratislava.

Part of the construction of four thirty-storey residential towers and administrative buildings is also a complete reconstruction of the historic building of Jurikovičová heating plant, which is a National Cultural Monument. The project will offer 800 apartments, 1.100 parking spaces, 2.200 m² of civic amenities and a 30,000 m² city park.
